Some friends of mine stayed there recently while chancing upon it. The owner, Verne, let them pitch a tent and use the outdoor shower. Apparently, It is right on the beach and looks to be quite lovely once it is complete. The following link will take you to a very basic website with an email address and a couple of photos.
