I've heard Guam described as "nothing more than a landing strip with rattlesnakes," but the person who told me that obviously didn't know about Old Hagatna. Personally, though, I have to say the local university with poli sci prof bonus rifs is my favorite idea. I am a big nerd, so I like to hear academics opine on stuff..... Plus free pizza is like nectar of the gods to me. Rock on! Nice article, and great ideas!
