i am currently enrolled in a Yoga class. the health benefits of Yoga on myself is great. I am more relaxed and i can sleep well at night.

after enrolling on a Yoga Class, i am not stress free and is more relaxed than ever. Yoga is really very helpful both in physical and mental health.

Southern Spain sounds like a wonderful place to learn yoga. I’m a beginner and am trying to find some good places i could go when i’m on holiday down there. Obviously there’s yogaunderthesky which sounds wonderful (i also hear kaliyoga is good). My friend also recommended yogawithneo (linked from my name). Does anyone have any other suggestions for yoga retreats in southern spain?
